You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account with DailyDish.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DailyDish services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account with DailyDish. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Subscription Services
DailyDish offers meal subscription services with recurring billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming delivery period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current.
Note: Your first delivery is scheduled for your next available delivery day, and your first billing cycle starts on that date.
4. Delivery Terms
We currently serve Barrie, Ontario. Delivery times and availability may vary based on location, demand, and weather conditions. We deliver Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints.
📦 Delivery Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, meals may be left at the delivery location at the customer's risk. DailyDish is not responsible for meals left at the delivery address as instructed.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive deliveries and have access to your subscription until that date.
Issue Reporting Policy
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, damaged meal, or delivery failure), you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with supporting details (photos, description). At our discretion, we may provide a replacement or credit for future orders.
No Refunds Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial periods, unused meals, or early cancellations. Once a billing cycle begins, you are responsible for the full payment for that cycle.
6. Food Safety & Allergies
All meals are prepared in certified kitchens following health and safety regulations. Please refrigerate upon delivery and consume within 24 hours.
⚠️ Allergen Warning: Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, seafood, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should consult with us before ordering and list all allergies in their account settings.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Limitation of Liability
DailyDish’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyDish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes to these terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of DailyDish is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Legal Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and DailyDish. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
